Large Handel rose boarder table lamp. The shade measures 23" wide and 8.5" deep it contains 16 butterscotch glass panels under a leaf and rose metal overlay design painted green and red. The large 8 footed base measures 28" tall and has been rewired with cloth cord and vintage style plug. Both the shade and base are in great shape and marked as shown in the photos
